Carrot cake

3 large eggs
11/2 cups grated carrots 
1 cup walnut(chopped and roasted for 10mins at 375 degrees (180 degrees C)
11/4 cups of self raising flour
4 tsp ground cinammon
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 cups olive oil.

1. Sieve flour,cinamon and baking powder
2.Using electric mixer,beat the egss and olive oil till fluffy.
3.Add Flour mixture.
4.Fold in carrots and walnut.
6. Bake cake about 50 minutes at 375 degrees (180degrees C)

For the cream cheese
250 gm cream cheese
100gm margarine/butter
100gm icing sugar
