Sotong masak hitam

Sotong masak hitam,bukan kerana kicap tetapi ink atau dakwat hitam yang terdapat pada perut sotong.

Bahan-bahan yang diperlukan

Sotong basah yang telah di bersih dan di potong 2 atau 3 bahagian mengikut saiz sotong.(dakwat hitam pd bahagian bawah sotong jangan dibuang.

cili padi hijau dan merah

3 ulas bawang merah

2 ulas bawang putih

1 batang serai

2-3 keping asam keping.

Tumbuk kesemua bahan dan tumis hingga naik bau.Masukan sotong dan biarkan ia didih hingga air dari sotong kering dan pekat.Masukan garam serta asam keping.Sekiranya masih banyak air ,angkat sotong dan letak ke tepi.Setelah kuah agak kering dam pekat tuangkan sotong dan gaul rata untuk seketika sahaja..elakan memasal sotong terlalu lama untuk mengelakkan sotong menjadi kecut.

Beading session with MBS members

Had great time with some of Malaysia Bead Society members on 13th Dec 2011,which we had at Great Eastern Mall,Kuala Lumpur.

3D techniques and Crumbles were shared in the 4hours session.


Glad meeting all members who came from JohorBahru,Nilai,Shah Alam ,Klang and surrounds KualaLumpur.

Hope to have another session.

3D beading bracelet with Roses Garden

My latest 3D,its my 1st attempt trial on beaded bracelet..using the peyote and brick stitch techniques for the bracelet base and square stitch techniques for the roses...I took 2 days to complete the bracelet....and I enjoy doing it.❤
